Endometrial polyps trearment
How to treat polyps Can it be cured throug medication or by operation only bcoz i heard that after operation also polyps develop again and to be treated again. Or pl advise if it is better to remove uterus. Pl advise

Endometrial polyps can be treated only by surgery...there are newer techniques like hysteroscopy which help remove it without much trouble or pain...at your age it is very important to remove it and send it for histopathology. Removing uterus will be secondary

Polyps are usually benign outgrowth of the endometrium which usually occurs because of hormonal imbalance... however they cannot be treated by medications.. hysteroscopy guided polypectomy is advisable.. chances of recurrence are there even after hysteroscopy
