I got irregular periods and acne on my both cheeks and forehead. I don't drink coffee just horlicks once in a day. please help

Decrease in Follicle Size on day 11
The size of follicle on day 10 was 21 × 14 mm.
It reduced on day 11 to 20 ×13 mm.
It has never reduced previously.
Why would that happen..and should I be concerned??

Trying to conceive
I am trying to conceive and ovulated as per ovulation strip few days back. Since then I have been having some bloating and gas for which I took a pinch of hing ( asafoetida) water after meals for past 3 days. Today I read having hing is unsafe for baby and can prevent implantation. Is that true?
