Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Doctor, my friend’s period is currently 5 days late, and she is worried about the possibility of pregnancy. She had unprotected sex on Saturday, and her partner pulled out completely before ejaculation. She has not taken a pregnancy test yet. Her periods are usually regular and rarely get delayed. She wants to avoid pregnancy if possible and would like to know what steps she should take now. Recently 10 hrs ago I had Intercourse with my girlfriend. While Intercourse it seems like some of the semen is leaked from outer end of the condom. I have worries whether any chances of unwanted pregnancy or not. I'm not sure whether contraceptive pills can be use or not.  Kindly help me what I should do next to avoid pregnancy .

I have taken the I pill a total of 5 times and first time I took it, I had withdrawal bleeding but after that I never faced any bleeding when I pill was taken I took it last week and im experiencing withdrawal bleeding, is it something that I should be worried about? Do I have chances of getting pregnant? And 2 weeks ago i have already finished my period cycle

Title: Recurrent E. coli UTI – Advice on Medicines and Tests Hello Doctor, I have recurrent urinary symptoms and a history of E. coli UTI. I did a urine culture and sensitivity test today; the report is awaited. My current prescription includes Niftas 100 mg twice daily for 7 days, Uripas as prescribed, Ecoflora for 30 days, Canid-CL for 3 days, Iropas for 2 days, and Cital UTI syrup. I urinate around 15 times daily, sometimes in large amounts. My underwear becomes wet immediately after urination and has an unusual coffee-like smell. My previous culture showed E. coli resistant to nitrofurantoin. Please advise: Should I continue Niftas despite the previous resistance report? Should my treatment be reviewed when the new culture report arrives? What could cause frequent urination and wetness after urination? Can I postpone Ecoflora due to financial constraints? I would appreciate advice on the safest and most cost-effective treatment. Thank you.

Irregular cycles since 4 months , around 45 days length. previous history of pcos , no cysts since 3 yrs or any other symptoms. 4th October full body blood test - LH-81 , 5th October usg - polycystic ovaries appearance and I took deviry 5-9th october , got periods on 18th night -22nd October . PREVIOUS CYCLE - 29august-2 September norethisterone 5mg T.D . and got periods - 8th-13th September . DOUBT - i believe i was gonna ovulate around my deviry this month . what happened to that ovulation ? is the sync in my ovarian and uterine cycle broken due to induced menses and I can't track ovulation now ?

My last lmp was 26 sep to mujhe 19 oct se bhot vomit ho rhi thi to 19 se postive urine test kuch mujhe tb date ka misunderstanding rhi my gyno visit kri 21 wha bhi positive aya and fr doc ne tvs bola through some ovulation tracker app i get to know my lmp was 26 sep to tvs was done very early on 26 oct in which sac was not visible aur beta hvg done 1059 value my gyno said its was too early for scan repeat beta hcg after 48 hrs and scan 1 week baad to beat hcg kraya to 1549 value aai bcz phle baby ke tym bhi beta hcg km rose hota tha to mujhe tnsn h ki ectopic hi ho gai nrml pregnancy bhi to ho skti h scan ke liye to stille 1 week wait hi krna pdega abhi bhi

I took home pregnancy test twice and it turned out to be positive, the third I took tested to be negative. I'm now experiencing heavy blood but it's not like periods and insane painful cramps. The blood clots has something tissues like in it.

My lmp was 26 sep 0n 26 oct my test came positive and had beta hcg done and the value was 1059 and doc said to repeat after 48 hrs and today the value is 1549.34 is it ok range

On 27th October me and my partner had sex , initially I used condom thrice, but twice we had it unprotected, although I did not ejaculate inside the vagina, I did it outside. She took an ipill last night for precaution. Still I'm getting nervous, is she safe now? Btw she had little pain and swollen in the vagina part, me too last night but now it's all fine for me, I hope she will get well soon. Just help me out please doctor
