Doubt regarding possible pregnancy
Recently 10 hrs ago I had Intercourse with my girlfriend. While Intercourse it seems like some of the semen is leaked from outer end of the condom. I have worries whether any chances of unwanted pregnancy or not. I'm not sure whether contraceptive pills can be use or not.  Kindly help me what I should do next to avoid pregnancy .

A condom leak does carry a real chance of pregnancy, so acting quickly helps. Emergency contraception works best within the first day and stays effective up to three days after sex, so being 10 hours out, you still have a good window to prevent it.
Next Steps
An emergency contraceptive pill is available at any pharmacy without a prescription. Take it as soon as you can and follow the instructions on the pack. If your period is late afterward, take a home urine pregnancy test.
Health Tips
This pill works as a one-off, not a regular method. Please speak with a gynaecologist about an ongoing contraception plan that suits you.
