I took home pregnancy test twice and it turned out to be positive, the third I took tested to be negative. I'm now experiencing heavy blood but it's not like periods and insane painful cramps. The blood clots has something tissues like in it.
Firstly, sorry for what you are experiencing.
Secondly, it would be important to note how many weeks it has been since your last period and also, was a sonography done to check for the baby. If the tests were one by one, then sometimes it could be falsely positive and sometimes it would mean you had a miscarriage and sometimes if no sac/baby was seen on scan, means it could have been a chemical pregnancy.
Next Steps
Get a preconception counselling consultation from a gynecologist who can help you understand this better and to be cautious before your next pregnancy.
Health Tips
Take your time but do see your gynac before next pregnancy so that this can be evaluated before next pregnancy
Two positive tests followed by a negative one, along with heavy bleeding, clots with tissue, and severe cramping, points toward an ongoing miscarriage. The pregnancy hormone can fall fast once a pregnancy is ending, which explains the negative test. Heavy bleeding with this much pain also needs ectopic pregnancy ruled out.
Next Steps
Please go to a gynaecologist or hospital emergency department today, not a video consult. They'll do an ultrasound and a blood test to confirm whether this is a complete or ongoing miscarriage, or something needing urgent treatment. Carry a sample of the tissue if you still have it.
Health Tips
Go to emergency care immediately if you feel faint or dizzy, soak a pad within an hour, get shoulder-tip pain, or develop fever.
