Looks like I have hydrosalpinx on the left side and currently don't have any kids but desperately want kids. I have pcod/pcos from more than 10 years. Does anyone know the reason why I got it in the first place?

I am experiencing a white discharge accompanied by itching in the intimate area. I also have an ongoing feeling of an urgent need to pee. Initially, I had a sharp burning sensation while urinating which has reduced slightly, but the itching and discharge persist. There is no fever, lower abdominal pain, or pelvic discomfort. I ate small piece of jelebi outside during early pregnancy Will it effect in anyway for fetal pole growth?

Mai abhi 12 weeks 5 days pregnant hu aur level 1 scan karana hai. Jis doctor se mujhe scan karana tha wo abhi available nahi hai aur 27 ko ane wale hai unhi ke hospital mai NT NB scan hota hai Mujhe kya Krna chiye unka wait kru ya fir government hospital mai hi ultrasound kra lu waha normal scan hota h NT NB nahi hota.

Plz let me know should I continue with cabgolin 0.25mg dose?bcoz my PRL does not reduced much post 11 weeks consumption of cabgolin 0.25mg( 1 dose per week) since July 21, 2026?  I was diagnosed with 3x5mm lesion in anterior pituitary microadenoma in September 17, 2025 when PRL ➡️158 ng/ml. Cabgolin 0.50mg was consumed once a week from 17th September 2025 till 13th December 2025. Afterwards  Pill free zone from 14th December 2025 till 20th July 2026*    PRL values  in pill free zone                                 9 January ➡️PRL 4.59 (27 days off  pill    11 Feb  PRL ➡️21.43(8.5 weeks off pill         21 Apr PRL➡️ 18.46( 18 weeks off).        20 Jul PRL➡️ 29.75(31 weeks)  off but mildly elevated so dr prescribed cabgolin 0.25mg once a week since 21st July and so far completed 11 weekly dose  on 11th October and my  blood test was done on 23rd October PRL ➡️21.40 ng/ml ➡️CLIA method.  ➡️➡️     I missed to take 12th weekly pill so there was 12 days gap when blood was tested.

I had unprotected Intercourse on sept 14th. My periods are usually on 28th of every month. TWO DAYS BEFORE I TESTED WITH KIT IT IS NEGATIVE. today morning it is showing positive.  I want to discontinue it if any
