Kidney Stones and Urinary Difficulty

Three months ago, I began experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, predominantly on the right or left side. Following a medical diagnosis, it was revealed that I have kidney stones, specifically 2-3 stones in both kidneys, each measuring about 2 mm in size. My doctor recommended I start taking Himalaya C-Stone tablets, which I have been using twice daily for almost three months now. Recently, I have been facing significant difficulty in urinating, particularly early in the morning or after waking up from sleep. Upon waking, I often feel an urgent need to urinate, but experience difficulty and pain during the process. This discomfort sometimes persists after urination. Interestingly, if I delay going to the washroom for a short while after waking up, the pain tends to subside

Microalbuminuria

Mother age 50, since 2019 diabetic, since Oct 2021 -hypertensive 130/90.last checked diabetes was in march 2024 with fasting 159 & Hba1c 7.2(during this test, had chosen diabetic profile which had microalbumin -showed 30.3 mg/L (spot urine was given), creatinine 0.50 mg/dL , microalbumin test here was an incidental finding & d 1st time ever test.. within 2 days from the test, had checked for GFR showed 126.6 mL/min, ACR ratio- 51.06 mg/g, cystatin C - 0.74 mg/L, repeat microalbumin showed 36.1 mg/L (again spot urine was given )within 2 days it increased from 30.3 to 36.1. Showed it to physician who is an also diabetologist, they said it's normal & suggested fundoscopy to be done when free.. got it done, they said it's mild NPDR &needs no treatment just control the sugar & suggested every 4 months follow up. Does microalbuminuriq increase everyday, so much elevation in 2 days? Even though sugar is in control nw, protein keeps increasing? Is this Diabetic nephro? Does DN causes DR?

The doctor recommended blood test which revealed that his creatinine level was 2.4.After taking Medications, the level descreased to 1.58.but again the level increased to 2.7 along with haemoglobin content being too less i.e. 7.i want to ask what is the medications to use and how can we lower the creatinine levels and subsequently the anaemic conditions.
