What is the access being used for dialysis ..if it is temporary catheter or permcath, then it could be an infection of the catheter Other possibilities r allergy to the dialyzer being used or water contamination Pls share the test reports as well And since when is he having these chills

Chills and rigors during hemodialysis could be infection / reactions. We need to find source. If patient is on a catheter for dialysis that could be one. Need to investigate in that line. If not it could be dialyser (if it is reuse type) or water contamination Or patient might be having fever of other causes and chills increase during dialysis
