Dialysis opinion -kidney
Hello doctors, The patient is of age 63 years. He had over breathing issue and less hemoglobin, when diagnosed we found sodium and potassium was high along with creatinine level 11.0 now both are brought down and now all are under the control after couple of dialysis (twice a week). Patient never had any issue while urinating and now he is very much stable. Is there any possibility to make the kidney work without dialysis or at least decrease the dialysis frequency.

Well, the recommendation is thrice weekly dialysis, we can decrease to twice if there's urine out put of atleast 500 ml per day.
