I was feeling pain while urination and after having some antibiotics i got relief but i developed back pain i want to know ..should i visit gynecologist or nephrologist??

Yesterday when i got myself tested empty stomach gfr was 90 and creatinine 1. Today after breakfast gfr 82 and creatinine 1.08 kindly advise

My fathers age is 61 , he is having diabetes and high blood pressure from last 25 years. In August 2021 he is admitted in ICU due to pneumonia. He cured from pneumonia but as side of effect of medicine his creatinine level rised to 4 and serum urea level increased to 220. So doctor suggested for dialysis and we did, then creatinine decreased to 3.3 and urea came to 150. After that we stopped for dialysis. Now a days his creatinine level fluctuating between 3.4 to 3.9 and urea level between 60 to 90. Now doctor is suggesting that now we have to prepare for permanent dialysis or kidney transplant. So I need to know is our doctor guiding us in proper manner or not

We did a routine blood tests of my wife namely cbc, lft and kft. All the reportsare normal except serum createnine values were 1.22. Is it anything worrisome?

Creatinine 1.4, Sodium 135, other parameters almost Normal. How much kidney is effected? What precautions should I take now to save kidney ?

My Brother having many small Kidney cysts at both kidneys, not sure how it came. Any possible reasons on this occurrence and he is in treatment for bleeding visibility while urinating. Need your help to avoid such cysts for our children's in future. Please suggest precautions steps for this.

My wife, 70 years old.she is taking 1tab.tazloc ct 80 and eslo5 twice a day. She had been taking gliclazide 80 for the last 10years. She was advised to stop the medicine after her glucose readings  fell to 44  Now  her glucose readings are normal  without any medicine.   Recently on a random check her cretinine level was found to be 2.3 and urea 60. Now without medicine her glucose readings are normal. Please suggest  a treatment. Recently on a test,her cretinine level was found to be 2.03 and urea at Presently she's taking tazloc ct 80,one capsule daily,and eslo5 twice daily.

Hello, i just have one corncern that i am fitness enthusiastic and can stay without food but can't stay without going gym and doing workout so i want to ask that can i do light weight lifting for bodybuilding in gym workout post one year of kidney transplant to build muscle because i heard that u cant lift after kidney transplant it may leak protein in ur urine currently i am on thrice a week on dialysis so please corncern me and give me advice i literally cried out when i heard that i cant lift after kidney transplant and i dont want bulk body but a satisfy muscle by lifting light weight so can i lift in gym? Also i am looking for better nephrologist for my transplant.
