Both Kidney's Bad Condition

Asked for Female, 62 Years

My mother has creatinine 7.44 and urea 143. Please assist me the best way she can be recover. Dr asked us to have dialysis but other Dr told us she doesn't need dialysis yet. Please let me know how can we proceed further.

Hello.....if the problem has gradually increased over a period of time, them probably it is unlikely to reverse and she might require dialysis soon. In current scenario, it will best to get an AV fistula made for future dialysis need
