I'm having hypertension so I went for KFT and I got EGFR 141.97 and Creatinine 0.6 What does it mean Male 23

Wtt is it to have high serum ferritin levels And anti hbs level creatinine level is 9.2 and blood urea is 136

Pathology creatine normal value isss 1.4 buttt myyy creatine level isss 1.15 it is normal orrr high ... pls tell meee ... Do i need any madicine for creatine ... telll meee sirrr ... I am so feared ... myyy age isss 28 ...

Dear sir, my son 18 years old serum creatinine is 0.56 mg/dl (bio ref. 0.7-1.3), blood urea 14 mg/dl (bio ref 19.3-49.38) and blood urea nitrogen 6.5 mg/dl (bio ref 8-20). Rest all KFT report parameters serum uric acid, calcium, sodium and chloride with in normal range. Please advise sir why creatinine, urea and BUN below normal.

My father rarely takes lasix, last time he took it was 4-5 months ago. Today he needed lasix due to second stage hypertension, but it didn't work. Not even once did he urinate after taking it. Should I try a different diuretic? Bumex?

I have realized that only ibuprofen 400mg for one day enough to urine concerntrated and control my urine output. It works alone as well without thaizide tablet... Can I take it for long life because it's a long time condition... Thank you

Hi Professionals, I have an aunt and she suddenly unwell since last Wednesday, 1st December 2021 like she is having High fever, Vomiting, Back side pain and No urine since last 24 hours. Further, we have done investigation and it was detected that she is having Bilateral Acute Kidney Infection. Another fact, since September last week of this year, she is under medication for Kidney treat by tablets and capsules.. Creatinine Levels - 1. 4th October - 5.0 2. 1st December - 1.7 3. 4th December - 4.8 There is sudden spike has seen because of unwell.. Today, we came to know that she is having a history of HIV positive in 20 years back and taking medicines.. I am looking for all your suggestions.. What would be the right move.. It looks like dialysis needed and antibiotics too.. Looking for the right suggestions...
