Whuch drug is best to lower uric acid level...why in india mainly febuxostat is preffred instead of allopurinil..even in some countries febuxostat is banned

Hello this is my father's report he is a diabetic patient.last time one month ago the serum creatine value was 1.2 but this time it is 1.4 plzz tell me the condition and what to do now . Is it anything serious..

Urine passes normally. Then stops for few seconds. Then starts till it gets empty. It stops once only. Is this normal or problem?

From last few months while urinating I see foamy urine, I did routine urine test it showed single + protein detected in urine, then I did blood serum Urea and Creatinine test results were normal, blood Urea nitrogen 15 mg/dL and Creatinine 1.18 mg/dL , then I did protien/ Creatinine ratio test which came high 0.98 mg/mg Creatinine I did blood sugar fasting test it came 110 mg/dL So please advise me what to do now and what is the reason of protein leak in my urine and how to cure it.

Doctor... From few weeks iam passing a foamy urine. After flushing my urine is very fomy. Last 4 months I had suffered with constipation problem.so, I started drinking 4 lits of water everyday this 5 th month my urine started foamy if I drink more more my urine is clear and normal(not foamy). While constipation is going on I drunk the 4 lits. To complete 4 lits,I used to drink the one lit at a time.like that I had completed the 4 lits. In complete one day I drunk in 4 sessions in one every session I drunk one lit at a time because lack of knowledge I don't know to drink like that, and I continued it for 3 months. After 3rd month I stopped that time table.This is the 5 th month iam noticing the foamy urine. And few times their is a burning sensation after urine.so, please tell me the solution for this prblm amd if I want to to do the tests,please tell me the which type of kidney function test is enough for me. Note: can I do the protienuria test at the home by strips?

My father did blood & urin test. His serum creatinine 2.55 mg/ dl. Protein is also high in urin. He has been suffering type 2 diabetes and hypertension.he has no no symptoms at all. How serious it?
