Nephrology
Please decode the attached prescription
My mother is 47 years old and her Creatinine level is 1.52 mg/dl, Potassium - 4.6 meg/L and Vitamin D3 -19.58 ng/ml. She's prediabetic. We've consulted a nephrologist and she's under his medications. I wanted to understand what the doctor wrote in the attached prescription.
Moreover, she also has Anechoic Cyst measuring 15.9 mm in upper pole of her right kidney and also a nabothian cyst of size 11mm in her cervix. Are these cysts matter of concern?
Thank You!

Urine incontinence since early childhood
Hi, my cousin was born without anus which was surgically created and from then on he had issues with peeing, doctors say that there is some nerve that controls it and it is either not there or paralysed or damaged. So, he cannot the control urine flow.
Now his creatinine is shooting up(13+) and we don't know what to do. I read on my own about urine incontinence and its surgeries but I don't know what can be done next.

Can a CT scan damage the kidneys?
Hi, my brother is having a CT scan of the heart because he was advised the same due to his chest pain. However, he is worried because there are reports of the dye causing damage to the kidneys. This is the first time he is having a CT scan. Can a CT scan cause any minor or serious damage to the kidneys? Are there any precautions to be taken?

Pain in the upper back kidney area
Had covid19 in August 2021, completely recovered with out any issues.
Resumed normal pre covid activities for the last 30 days with 5 km walking , yoga, attending to gardening etc.
Had diogonised with cardiac ischemia with multiple blocks in all important vessels 2003.
Opted for life style change as per Dr Dean Ornish program and leading a normal active life for the past 18 years.
At that time weighting about 95 kg which was down to 70 kg in 6 months.
But post covid i am having pain on the upper back kidney position especially when i lie down or get up from the bed. KFT/ LFT normal. Urine output normal. The pain disappears after walking etc.
I take at least 3 to 4 litres of water daily. I also take 4 cloves of crushed garlic & a concoction of ginger, pepper tulasi lemon tea with honey in empty stomach for more than 4 years.
I had also constipation post covid which is being resolved with dietary management.
Had a complete blood / urine test and all vital parameters BP HR Normal.
