From the past month i have observed that i am having foamy urine. I had done 2 urinalysis tests but about 3 months before, both were normal. I am attaching the picture please tell whether it is foamy?? Do i need to get the tests again. Plz help. No other symptoms related to urine.

I am male 45. Hba1c 5.3. Taking BP tablet and cholesterol tablet daily. My bp is 138/ 88. Now my serum creatine is 1.1. 15 days back it was 1.0. Now it is 1.1. Any risk ? Worried about this.

Sir/ma'am My grandmother 73 age is renal transplant patient from 1999 . She is not vaccinated for COVID due to long term hospitalisation in 2021 for pneumonia, femur rod implant,UTI and hematuria respectively. She now want to take vaccine, which vaccine can she take now? All the vaccine are available nearby to my locality, which is good for her? Her creatinine level is 1.2 and urea 42.

The dialysis is going on and medicines is going on for bp like arkamine and nicardia but still bp is coming so high this is not for just 1 times it's several times

Got tested for yearly physical empty stomach. GFR = 79.61, creatinine 1.2 , Drugs taken prior : inhaler formoterol 3 hrs prior. No history of recreational drug abuse. I don't take creatine supplement, and am a non vegetarian. Ultrasound was fine. Any help will be much appreciated.
