Nephrology

The patient is suffering from diabetes and hypertension. Now recently her creatnine (5) and blood urea (165) level has gone high. I believe it is a typical case of ESRD. We will be consulting a nephrologist however dietary intervention can play miraculous in managing the blood profile. Please advise

Dear Doctors, I got my father overall health checkup.. I have observed few abnormal numbers related to Kidney function test and Easonophils. I also attached the picture. Please suggest how to proceed. I am getting foamy urine for 4-5 days. Frequency of urination is every 60-90 min. Serum creatinine and all is okkay.

Is there any chance of removing fistula after being done fistula if it get cured plzz give me a clear cut idea??

My mother Aged 58 years is suffering from kidney related ailment as per report as her creatinine and Urea levels are not normal. But her 2 CT scans have reflected nothing , PET scan is also normal. But in her urine test PUS is reflecting, what can be the possible cause for that. Because it's been more than 2 months are antibiotics courses though her condition has improved but not cured.
