Recently getting high fever upto 102 degree F everyday twice on checkup report came as attached. In urine report pus cells is 20-22/hpf. Bulky left kidney with mild to moderate perinephric fat stranding of concern for acute plyelonephritis. Cholelithiasis without cholecystisis. Also suffering from grade 3 prostatomelagy with median lobe hypertrophy with intrasvesical protusion.
