Hi i Had Alcohol Jerks 5 days back I consulted physchatrist, they have prescribed Librium 25mg, BacenXL 20mg in morning and Thiamine for 10 days , I have taken Librium today afternoon can I have a moderate Alcohol today evening ? Please suggest is it ok or dangerous?

I have anxiety and depression but with this i am going through hell weakness. I feel tired while sitting in a car while traveling for only 30 min. I feel racing heart in car, my back started paining and i feel tired. A little work makes me tired and i am unable to understand what to do. How will i live my life with this energy. I am feeling shattered and demotivated. Feeling like no purpose i have in life now my every dream has been broken. Only thing i have is palpitations, unlimited fear, self judgement, overthinking and heavy chest. I am 26 years old and feeling done with this life. Seeking practical suggestions only because tired from listening tips that don't work in my case. I need help because its been 10 years and i don't want to live like this. I want to enjoy my life without fear and palpitations or physical weakness.

I wanted to check regarding my medical eligibility for becoming a commercial pilot. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder last year, mainly due to stress from UPSC prep. I’ve been doing better with treatment and currently take D Veniz 100 and Lamez 50 as prescribed. I’m seriously considering aviation as a career and wanted to know if someone in my situation can eventually qualify for the DGCA Class 1 Medical Certificate. Could you please guide me on: 1)Whether being on these meds is a disqualification? 2)What process or timeline I should expect if I aim to become fit? 3)Any steps I need to follow once I stop medication under supervision? Would really appreciate your advice.

Sir and Madam, If we are tapering Clonazepam to 0.25,is it ok to take zolfresh 10 at night SOS. Clonazepam is talen around 1.30- 3 pm.Will stop after a week or two. Regards

Hii doctors. I am facing severe anxiety attacks, crying spells, and just want to end my life anyhow. I don't even have the energy to do basic tasks, frequent dizziness, no appetite, a constant tingling in the left hand with pain in my chest which is sometimes intense sometimes low, either I'm sleeping too much or no sleep. Always irritated, don't want any human being around me, forgetting basic things. I joined a job recently but I don't have the will to continue it anymore. Either I want myself dead or run away to a place where nobody knows me, with no contact to my previous life. People ask me are you depressed and I don't even know that, I have lost nearly 10 kgs just in a month. Should I just end this life or do I have still any cure left? Am I depressed as they are saying or it's just phase which I there for like 4-5 years that has intensified now. No one exactly knows what I'm going through whenever I try telling them they brush it of by saying I'm just overthinking. I need help.

From elbow fracture to swollen lymph nodes to dengue to uti to typhoid to tooth problems to failing jee twice to this I can't take it anymore I am loosing now I don't know I will heal it or not.

I have some issues like I'm tired all the time, thinking too much, feeling overthinking or anxiety, and masturbating addiction all the time thinking bad. Is this any brain issues or what ?? What we called this condition?? I want to improve my condition. Any treatment or suggestions??

Sir I have rabies ocd (indirect transmission) ,so I have taken 25-35 vaccine last 12 years, In 2023 I have taken full series and in may 2024    2 booster , Now again in a partys i see water drops present in my use and through plastic plate and I eat in this . I thought a dog licked the plate as dogs are barking around the cooking area . So can I take again 2 booster dose or my previous vaccination help for the unknowingly transmission rabies .I recently started taking psychiatric medicine for this ocd .

Is it ok to double doze of prodep 60 to treat ocd because I need higher dose or some another medicine you suggest

Hello Respected Doctors, Started Nexito and Quitipine 50 based on the symptoms attached from March 2025.Outstanding results with quitipin, but cannot sleep without iy right now. Concerned psychiatrist left India and my life is in doldrums. Took consultations from multiple psychiatrist on Practo, meds got add on but main concern any alternate to quitipin for sleep without the potential side effects.I cannot sleep without quitipine, shall i reduce the dose or any other meds. Help me out pls. Regards.
