IS IT TRUE THAT Bipolar affective disorder NEEDS LIFE LONG TREATMENT? I am just 22years old how can I take the medicine for life long and they are also expensive please guide

Please help me I have insomnia about 8 months So I consult a doctor and get a prescription for Ambien But I can't get this medicine from physical pharmacy as well as online pharmacy Please help me Alternative Medicine like zolpidem is also not available

Dear doctors, pls tell me wat to do.I don't want to live and die. I feel like I'm done with my life and I don't have anyone to side with me or speak for me to my parents to stop  verbally abusing ,pressuring,forcing me to get marry day by day. I'm feeling energy drained and Im 28 yrs old female from Chennai , Tamil Nadu. I don't want to get marry and my decision is to stay single and I'm currently unemployed. I wanted to pursue higher studies but my parents not allowed me and for each move my parents are telling don't wear small dress, you are not even talking to us how you will talk after staying with husband like they r treating me like I'm stranger and doesn't belong to them or my home. I have younger sister she is 22 yrs old and for her they r telling to pursue higher studies. My mom is 52 yrs old and my dad is 55 yrs old always they will force and blackmail me emotionally that we will die soon and we r older now pls marry don't make us shame infront of society and relatives.

Ho doctor, In recent times I have seen lot of videos regarding rabies in social media which affected my inner peace. Nowadays I am afraid of going out just to buy groceries. I am not allowing my kids to play outside, park etc. Whenever I go out I am keenly watching the road where the dogs comes, goes or it comes near us etc. After coming back to home also my full thought was about the dogs whether it touched me, bitten me or scratched me (imagination). Please help me to come out of this situation. I am very much tensed nowadays.

I have had really bad anxiety and depression issues while growing up, to the point that when I get too stressed I sometimes I get sleep paralysis. I have also recently read that it overlaps with ADHD. I want to get a test done to get a proper diagnosis for whether I have ADHD/Anxiety/Depression or any other issue that I am unaware of. I would rather not do the test in person due to unavailability of time and associated costs. Could the diagnosis be provided online? If so, how should I proceed? Furthermore, who exactly should I consult- psychiatrist or psychologist or counselor or therapist? Within the current circumstance as I am college student with super hectic schedule , I do not have adequate for engaging in weekly therapy. How should I proceed then, especially if I require any meds if there is a diagnosis?

Hey doctor I'm not able to focus on my studies whenever I sit for study my mind not able to concentrate a lot of things came to my mind, either with or without phone. When I do self study there are so many thoughts came to my mind. And I do forget so easily what I studied. Also I start feeling sleepy during studying, whether it's morning or evening.
