Adhd exploration

I am reading about ADHD recently and shockingly I found every symptoms like zoning out, extreme procrastination, constant body movements, problems following multiple instructions are present in me, which I thought was due to anxiety. I took a WHO recommended 6 questions questionnaire and I screened positive for it. I want to know more about it, either get a confirmed diagnosis and thereby proper management or rule it out. Im unable to understand that, I should meet a psychiatrist or a psychologist. Help

FREEZE RESPONSE/AVOIDANCE TO STUDY

Hey, I'm 22F from India. I've been struggling with GAD since childhood but it got diagnosed during my late teens after I faced some huge academic setbacks because of it. I have been on ecitalopram 5mg and olanzapine 5mg for the last 2-3 years and I'm honestly doing great. I have a healthy daily routine where I wake up by 4-5am, go to the gym daily and take a healthy diet along with my medication. But the only PROBLEM I'm facing is WITH MY STUDY.I do every possible thing to stay healthy and feel good but the only thing I keep avoiding is studying. Whenever it's time to study I freeze and feel completely lost. Despite having a healthy routine I can't get myself to do the most important thing which is getting the syllabus done. I've tried explaining this study avoidance pattern to my therapist but they don't seem to actually understand what I'm going through. All I know is there's something wrong at the psychological level with me like some sort of study phobia kinda thing .HELP ME PLS!!

De-addiction of Chewing tobacco

My father, 72 years old, on medication for post Covid ILD, Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, BPH. Admitted few times in hospital for acute gastroenteritis. Recently EPI was diagnosed. Chewing tobacco addiction of 40 years. Due to hospitalization he did not get chewing tobacco for 1 month. Now, he is improving at home. Now asking for chewing tobacco. Getting angry if I am not giving. He is justifying, tobacco is not the cause of this bad health condition. Craving as health is improving. No tobacco for 1 month. I thought, it's fine now. But it's not. Any alternative such as Nicotex gum can be given? Please suggest what should be done? Thank you.
