Sleep disturbance

Hello doctor... I'm having sleep disturbance since 3 months... I will wake up at least 3-4 time in the midnight till morning without reason... And even after waking up in the morning I won't feel fresh....my quality of sleep is not at all good and I will be getting uncomfortable dreams... Please help :(

I am feeling tired where I don't want to do anything anymore bt I feel anxious that I'm ruining my life. All I want to do is watch TV or sleep. I dn't feel like working. Hi. I always hear some sort of hospital sounds like the sound produced from ecg and bp machines like a "beep". Why is this happening? And what makes me to hear these type of sounds?
