This is related to my MOM. She talks to herself constantly without any reasons, her topics are totally unrelated to our life. She is head stubborn and only feels what is right what she feels. She is not sure about dates and acts accordingly as per her mind dates, For Eg if she feels diwali is today she will do the rituals today and try to convince that today is diwali thats the reason she is doing the things. She sometimes says that she is having health issues which are imaginary. for eg she will say she has fever but actually it is not and so on. I am Really confused how to get her cured and which dr to be shown as she refuses medicines also,.

Severe headache..not able to sleep In day as well as in night..depression..suicidal thoughts..feeling sad everytime..

My sister suffering from family problems.she disturbed mentally so we want to take her to the doctor for counselling will you be able to give counselling to her in Telugu language

I want to know about bipolar syndrome. I m having doubt that i m bipolar and i m seriously getting problems with my studies and daily life. At a time i feel so depressed and lonely usually that phase last longer than the happy phase. I get upset for no reason and that is affecting my social life also. Sometimes i dont really get what is wrong with me and i ended up with frustration and anger and confusion about me

After demise of wife and younger son in last 5 years a violent and abusive behavior, suicidal talks, abusive to caretakers , sleeplessness and now visible hallucinations for younger son and constantly asking for him. Forgetfulness not remembering properly. can't leave alone . does not agree for adjustment

Dr. Now my daughter in 7 grade . We are facing this problem from her starting of her school that if she learns wrong in any subject, we cannot improve her if we practice her a lot at home than after her exams she will write wrong. Previously what ever was in her mind , she will wrote that. Other then study is she ok . Please help me which type of treatment she require. She is active but less concentration in study if bell rings at the or any where she is the first one who goes to attend. What to do

My treatment of depression,insomnia is ruining from Aiims hospital delhi.. I'm taking many medicine of this problem.. yesterday I was visited to my doc.im taking tryptomer 25 mg 1& half tablet daily in night since 7 months..but doc suddenly stop tryptomer 25 mg and increase petril .25 mg to .5 mg..and change many medicine..but I feel uncomfortable now.. feeling tightness is my left upar side of head..sleeps interrupt.Is cause by tryptomer 25mg which I stop suddenly.. what should I do to decrease withdrawal symptoms.. I talk to my doc but he said to stop it.. I'm confused ..what I do..plz help

Suffering from Panic attacks n anxiety from past 3 years, treatment going on from fortis hospital bur right now only using medicines so which is I don't think a proper treatment need concealing may be.. Help

Hello Dr. This is regarding one of my friend who stays at Bangalore. He works in banking industry. Of late we have noticed a change in the behaviour. He has become silent and always been moody. The way he was before 5 years and the way he is now is entirely changed. We are thinking that It might be due to personal or professional stress . without any reasons he is going to his own shell very often.We have been asking him to share his problems but he is not able to share anything to anyone. Can someone suggest what can be done. We want him to see him back living happily. Not sure whether this is any psychological disorders.
