I feel shaking whenever I am very angry, excited or expressing emotions or while giving presentation to a group.

I feel like I will vomit before my exams. I feel nervous but after I see questions (whether easy or hard) I immediately feel better and gradually it ends. It is happening fro. one year.

There's been a problem from a long time now...like I often see nightmares and in fact a lot of them and wake up screening from sleep...I always feel like someone is watching me or is behind me and someone is singing or saying something specially when am alone. It also feels like someone is standing in the dark....I am 18 year old now, high school athlete. I love basketball and boxing and everything else and am fit and fine with no physical problem...is there a way to get rid of these symptoms or what ever I've got???

So my gf and i had fight she started seeing someone else but when i confronted her . i made her to make a decision that guy or me. And she choose me  but still she says she want to talk to that guy . i dnt knw what does she want she says she want three of us . She has kissed and hug that other guy but whenever he asks her to be his bf . she denies him . and moreover with me she is like a wife to me . and it has been about 7 years . Please help we both want to live together but she says she has urges.

I m 20 years, male, I'm suffering from the past 18 months from severe continuous anxiety, panic attack, depression , during anxiety attacks my BP goes to 185/115, heart rate 130-135, I wanted to take beta blockers, as these levels of blood pressure is dangerous, considering the side effects, please suggest should I take beta blockers, or continue with my ongoing benzos??

How do I cope up with moody and emotionally isolate husband? We both love each other to core. We are newly married and have courted 7 months prior our marriage. We generally have conflicts over our opinion. He has slight conservative and orthodox opinions towards women ( All thanks to his orthodox and conservative family). We mostly fight over my petty conflicts with my in-laws behaviour towards me. My husband was madly in love with me and was dying to marry me on initial days. I made him realise in those days that I'm free spirited independent working women and may not be able to adjust in his family. It seems that he was under impression that his love will change me. He still expect me to care as a housewife though I work outside. He cannot hear anything against his family and not even willing to stay apart from his family. Our marriage has just begun and we already fight twice a week over some different opinions. Worse he does is give me silent treatment instead of finding solution.

I cannot forget abuse of my sister in law and co-brother 2 yr ago . I compel my wife to call them and scold them.but she keeps quite. Due to which I feel that I am let down by her.And she living alone with my children unable to withstand my torture she wants to divorce me.But am able to forget that issue. What should I do ?

I am troubled with my thoughts. Anxious about by career and relationship. Insomniac at night. But I can sleep almost all day long. I am losing interest in my hobbies. I just want someone say to me to sit back and relax. I have to study because time is running out and I need a proper job. But I can't focus on my studies.

1.i am facing fear when suddenly sounds are heard. 2.i am panic to do or attempt new things. 3.I facing less concentration in study. My mind is not set in study. 4.i am facing unexpected nagitive feelings.
