I need help to control my anger,emotions etc.i really start getting flustered if things dont go my way.which is ruining my relationship.need help.do i need to see a psychiatrist?

During my tenure at mh lrevious organization there was a lpt of pressure, politics and thr management was usually very rude and unprofessional. which seems to have affected my mind. I need a diagnosis and certificate for the same purpose.

I cannot point exactly what the problem is but i have occassional anger issues and suffer from extreme insecurity in relationships and I low self esteem issues.

Not able to sleep at night , hardly gets 1-2 hrs sleep frequent headaches during day sleep disorder from last 3 years

I have social anxiety to a level that i can not interact with people sometimes.I have had surgeries in the past which i feel has contributed to this condition of mine.I become very self conscious whic makes me speal slowly and then it comes a chain of embarassment

I am scared all the time. Even if the matter is not serious, I keep thinking about it and then I start crying. I feel lonely most of the times. It just feels like running away from all of these.

Husband involved in female friend since 2006, caught red handed twice, no proper explanation, bad behaviour with daughters, am working outstation, too much depressed since 4 months.. Though he do household work in my absence, cooperates well in daily chaos, not having conversations with daughters. Ours is nuclear family without any support from relatives since childhood my daughters are struggling but no love and​ affection from father. I am staying alone in the town for working, with family on weekends, trying to please everyone in my presence, but husband not involved and interested in three of us. Caught his messages on WhatsApp with her, gave him option, me or her, he chose me, improvement in behaviour but not ready to tell full story said he will tell, but just admitted for his involvement. Always hide mobile, not ready to share his password, since I am not with him all the time, am not sure if he's not in touch with her. I am confused, loss of sleep, depression, wish to resign.

I'm 36 yrs old having stroke problem since i was 15yrs, presently taking valporin 300 Chrono, 500 Chrono, frisium 5 , topamac 25mg since 6 yrs 2-3 days ago i missed few tablets and got i stroke in night, then again in day while sleeping. What shud i do will it become normal once tablets arr taken regularly.

Live in the past most of the time. Procrastinator and keep doing over thinking. Due to which my career have been disturbed alot. Need an advice

I am feeling phobic to everything and pain in chest always please advise best medication to get rid of the same
