I feels very low self esteem since i have been through some negative exp of life .i have stucked in my career point .i procastinate important things .i am not able to develop new approaches and my behaviour is getting aggressive in my all relationships and work place .kindly help me and advice me what should i do ?

Self esteem is very value driven. When we have self esteem issues mostly we carry a scale of comparison which can be with self or others. We cannot just ignore negative thoughts. Negative thoughts that contributes to our disturbance needs evaluation and puncturing. Once the Weightage of negative thoughts reduces then they can be replaced with an more appropriate rational thought.
