Inferiority complex
I'm basically shy, lack communication with others except some few people whom I live with. I do overthinking and self consciousness is more. I keep myself at low self esteem. I get attached and believe people and get fooled often.

Dear Young Lady, You seem to be highly sensitive to what has gone wrong with you over every thing that has gone right. That could be making you keep thinking about negatives & demotivate yourself. If you keep treating yourself with less value, people tend to follow the example. Additionally you seem to communicate less with people not because you don't want to but because you are shy, though you have a high need to be with people and be liked. From today, i would want you to notice 1 or 2 things that are nice about you and also notice few things that have gone right about the day. End of the day, i would want you to write them down and read it after a week or so. Keep doing this exercise for a month. You should start noticing the other side of you this way. If possible consult a professional. A little assistance from a psychologist or counselor would help you overcome shyness, develop communication skills & enhance self-esteem. Take Care.
