I suffer from inferiority complex which leads me to be very quiet in conversations where people are willing to involve me. I have few situations of my childhood also that have resulted in a person I am because I belonged to a family where there were financial problems always and had lost my father when I was 2

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Every individual carries a certain degree strengths and weaknesses in both personal and professional life. . It's a matter of time to realize the importance of that aspect and making sincere efforts to overcome. So don't feel bad that you're the only one affected with such issues.
