Have difficulty of the ability to think
I have dealt with depression for about 4 yrs. I have fallen to major, bi-polar, and low grade depression. I feel it has affected my ability to think is that possible? Also I am struggling with anxiety and stress right now.

Ability to think... means Cognitive abilitiy. Yes it gets disturbed in the conditions you mentioned. Kindly get re evaluated... and take appropriate medicines and therapy. You will recover.
