I think I am in a very deep depression. I have trust issues, i am not in a mental state which I think I used to be. I want to get rid of my present self who is depressed , lazy and a procrastinate. Thinking of committing suicide, trying to escape the world, fights with friends, family, girlfriend is very common for me. May be I m on a time bomb where I ll fail in life and kill myself. I see no way out. I am not able to find anything positive in me then how can I expect others to see anything positive. I need help.

After reading your issues, I feel that there are two ways to go about it, one is immediate symptomatic relief from depression through medication (which needs to be thoroughly evaluated) and is done by psychiatrist. where as the permanent solution lies in Therapy, I would strongly recommend you to see a licensed clinical psychologist.
