Having these symptoms after a break up is natural. Your symptoms can be psychosomatic, which is bodily manifestation of stress or it can be any other specific condition. But, don't worry it is curable and you can get back to your normal life. Please consult a psychologist or psychiatrist, online or offline whatever is preferable. You need professional help presently so please don't delay.
Next Steps
For the time being, you can try breathing exercise or box breathing. Videos are available, just follow them and practice at least twice a day.

Relationship break-up and other stresses can lead to various physiological changes. The ones you mentioned suggest that you have anxiety symptoms. However, to make a proper diagnosis is essential to know the duration of symptoms and other symptoms like any sad mood, preoccupation with previous relationship, fatigue etc. Further, if homeopathic treatment has not helped so far, I recommend a psychiatric consultation so that further treatment does not get delayed. During a psychiatric consultation you will be assessed for severity of your symptoms and any significant Past or Family history and a treatment plan will be formulated.

Hey, thanks for sharing. It looks like you’re carrying a lot of weight from your past relationship as well as family, and it can get very overwhelming- which might cause hinderance in your present functioning. Seeking professional help would be very helpful in identifying and working on the maladaptive beliefs as well as building coping and resilience to deal with the environmental stressors. Please consider going for a thorough evaluation as well as individual psychotherapy. Opening up in a safe environment should be helpful. You deserve to feel happy and good about yourself.

Hi the breakup and family stress, your mind and body have gone into a prolonged state of alert as if they’re still protecting you from danger. This overactivation of the stress system explains your fast heartbeat, warmth in the body, shallow breathing, nausea, and memory lapses. The herbal medicines didn’t help because what you’re experiencing isn’t just physical; it’s the body’s way of expressing emotional overload. You need to calm your nervous system before your thoughts can stabilize. Start with slow breathing and gentle grounding — remind yourself you’re safe in this moment. Eat regularly, maintain a sleep routine, and don’t isolate yourself. Therapy will help you identify the self-made beliefs that are fueling this distress and teach you how to release them gradually. You’re not weak; your system is exhausted and needs care, not control. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
