Depression?

I am a 25 year old girl . I started experiencing these symptoms last august September. i lost interest in anything. all my emotions were turned off. i used to cry for no reason. i preferred staying alone. once I had a breakdown i n October. i spoke with my family and it did better. but i have changed since. now again i get irritated easily. I have now anger issues additionally. I know that somethings i am doing wrong but i am not able to not do it. i tell something to people and then feel upset about telling that to them. and few few hours i get back to normal. my sleep and appetite are pretty much normal. except about the fact that i tend to overeat when i get upset and have sudden cravings. i don't normally share anything much with my family or friends. i have started maintaining a journal now as i have heard it helps. I have trouble concentrating also. i have a lot to study this year. am additionally stressed about that too.

Get dizzy/light headed when anxiety come

I have had anxiety, but never been on medication. Here lately I notice that I get dizzy/light headed when I get nervous or my anxiety kicks in. Is this something I need to go to the Dr for, or will it pass over time?

OCD medication discontinuation

Sir I am OCD patient and on medication for 2 years.I take 25mg paroxetine twice daily and 100mg quetiapine thrice daily. This has reduced my symptoms upto 70%. Sir,please tell me how long I should take medication and how to lower doses to discontinue medication. I will be much greatful to you for this consultation.

Concentration problem

Since middle school i have been experiencing this problem. When i used to read something , after 15-20 minutes i used to find myself thinking something else or something irrelevant and the work at hand used to get delayed. This problem continues till now. There are times when i can do a work very swiftly, i am among the top students in my batch . I can be really fast but sometimes i start something about something or i am lost somewhere else. This severely affects my performance in tests. Is it a serious problem or something that can be corrected through practise?

Constant feeling of worthlessness

I've been stuck in a rut of a routine for the past 6-7months which includes getting up really late , still feeling sleepy, whiling away on my laptop, waiting for evening so i can catch a smoke. Sometimes, I don't even make it to evening. Just stepping out in the hot sun to catch a cigarette which i don't even like. Then whiling away a few more hours with friends or so i call them. Coming home late to disappointed faces and having dinner half heartedly even when it'sa favourite, whiling away till late at night and then sleeping somewhere around 4-5AM. The worst bit is I'm petrified of this changing for then I wouldn't know what to do.
