Hi, sleep is very essential for good mental and physical health. Constant worries can cause insomnia. See if you can speak to someone about it and unburden your mind. I will also tell you some sleep hygiene techniques. Make sure you get up at the same time everyday. Have a light meal two hours before you go to sleep. Restrict the water intake after 6pm. Use the bed only for sleep and do not sit on the bed for other activities like watching TV, chatting, working on the bed, eating etc. Do not keep checking the time if you wake up in-between sleep. Do not lie on bed and wait for sleep to take over. Lie on bed only when you really feel sleepy. Restrict use of tv, mobile, laptop and other such gadgets at night. Quit smoking and alcohol (if you do). Follow the above techniques, if it's not helping I suggest you see a psychiatrist.
