Sir, I feel very nervous and fearful when I have to go in public places. I feel that every one is see me. I feel very nervous when I have to go to relatives and friends. Please help me.

Feel anxiety and content headaches, have migraine symptoms , anger outbursts, feel sadddness all the time.

I've been facing a problem from quite some time. Firstly tend to get mood swings sometimes happy and sometimes to cry. Lately feeling a bit irritated lack of hunger and always wanting to doze off.

Feel alone. Less confident. Cties easily. Less outgoing. No dnt feel for suicide but angry at time. Less self esteem

I think ive some problem...bec ive negative thoughts and its hard to explain, i saw a doctor few moths ago and she said i have bipolar 2 but i dont believe her bec i didnt feel like i had bipolr 2 but noe i think i might have it

Short temp, regularly head ache, feeling lazy, energy less, if any arguments comes i vl make sure that i need to win, for that i may cry also.

Sir I m suffering from anxiety from last 1 year and I started homeopathic treatment for this disease but from last 1 month now i changed my doctor and he started my treatment and face me 1 week tablets and I think my diseas is exceeding it is not getting less i want to know the time period in how much time I will get relief because due to this my marriage for delay i want to marry with a person who is a divorce and I got mental sock before 1 year i don't know when i make my step forward for this marriage many people's and many talks come in front of me the bigger problem is I got pain in my thighs muscles and it become high so I got depressed my heartbeat become fast and i demorlised because I love him but this disease don't allow me for this marriage...

I thought I was normal until I comprehended symptoms of BPD & it exactly matches my behavior or the things I did & I experienced. I really don't know where to start, the more I research online, Im satisfying the symptoms and the triggering factors as well. Please guide me as of what should I do. Should I just dismiss this or get myself diagnosed ? Can I really be having a BPD or any disorder of some sort? Im quite confused.
