Mother problem. Help our family please.

Sir my mother is behaving very odd since 2008 , she keep roaming in home terras with wet clothes, aggressive nature, she abuse me dad and my sister very badly, and has no concern for my sister marriage who is 29, never flush toilet properly, spills food all over when she eat, squats like uneducated.she never listen to any1 she suspects us and scold for very very very little things never understand any1 she isn't capable of comprehending and understanding others worlds she fire out like anything if someone blames her . She takes bath 5-7 a day she drinks tea 6-10a day she scold us even if single ingredients for making tea is missing, she don't at all cook properly how may yrs we have to suffer doctor pls help our family please...
