My father 52years old,a self employee,behaving abnormal during sleep.he shouts or fights bt when he wakets up he don't even know what ws he doing.we hve a family history of high blood preesure nd cerebrl strke.my father hve done angiograph.result ws negative.he exercises daily.eat healthy food.he tensed too mch.plz hlp
