I only get panic attacks when I am alone, having a hard time breathing and my body seems to fade , as in fainting , and I can feel my heart pounding , I fear of death mostly and can't control it . I haven't gotten it checked out because it hasn't happen much . But when it does it's bad . But I would not like to take medication ,I don't believe or like it . Depending on meds my whole life doesn't suit me quiet well , is there any exercises that come in mind? Or what's the best option for these problems
