I have a fear to read. Whenever I see thick books it scares me . This fear is so large that I have completed my degree but I have never read a single book in my whole life and passed my career by just reading what my teachers taught me in the class. I even fear the thick notes which my teacher provides. Whenever I see a book and I am supposed to read it, I feel like I have to pass a mountain now. And I loose patience even before I open it's first page. Can this problem be cured?

I have been diagnosed with PCOD,and took Mala D for about 8-9 months at the age of 25 as prescribed by a doctor. After 4-5 months,I started facing issues with balancing my body while standing which I did not notice and when I stopped the pills after 8-9 months ,severe continuous head pressure,vertigo,and different types of psychological problems started. Can these pills cause serious psychological problems too if taken for a long time ? Do they have side effects as well ?

My problem is continues headache last 4 years 24x7 Jaw & teeth pain, i am 27 years old men basically fearful person job tension affected me in my full day i am thinking about office problems in my home any time and my dream about full of office problems and solutions morning wake-up start with full of headache. I am driving two Wheeler full of fear and tenion headache. Any work i will start negative thoughts only come. If i will wait any place nervous and tension headache will come. Am not able face any problems in this world.

I want to know that do anxiety have symptoms including lower abdomen aches, constipation, digestive disorders, joint anches, shoulder and neck stiffness?

I am suffering from depression from last 6 months and taking medication but still not able to recover myself

My parrot die tomorrow, I spend time with my birds 18yearsnow i cannot forget my birds , i cannot settle any work now. i fill very sad and always tear in my eyes how can i solve this .

My sister kid is 3 year old and maturity levels are not growing and behaving very differently, we need a very good doctor

I am 22 years old. Since last 2 years i am noticing my anger levels have kept on rising..i cannot bear even the slightest changes from what i expect..i am unable to sleep at night and can never sleep deep. Even the slightest disturbance angers me and leaves me sleepless through the whole night. When angry, i feel very destructive either to myself or to the person around..and if the person is somebody younger or of equal age, i tend to hit him/her.

Hey my father is suffering from migrane and he has some type of drepession around months ago he feel like pain in nerves and the he was very disturb then we visited a doctor it was quite ok after some days and after 5-6 months again he was feeling pain and mind was disturbed and we again went to that doctor and he advised us some medices still there was soo much of pain then we went to an another doctor then he advised some other medices , from that medices the pain was gone the there was some type of depresion mind is soo distorb , he is sleepless sometimes at night doctor please help us he is in a very serious problem thank you soo much

I suffer from anxiety and have been prescribed 10mg citalopram and i keep waking up extremely hot and sweaty and its frightening. Is this a side effect and if so when will it wear off or is this me just having anxiety
