I wanted to ask if Can severe anxiety(like in GAD) co-exist with ADHD because my family environment was not good in my childhood. My father had & he has now anxiety problems & my mother couldn't keep good care of me when i was like 5-6 years old. And still it is going on now. Sometimes i feel panic attacks. No matter how much i try,i can't talk to my parents and sister because - 1) I get bored. 2) I used to hate my parents and my own family for disturbed atmosphere.Also i wanted my father don't have any stand on anything but i wanted him to have firm stand.I don't think i have or had any good relationship with someone or even with family members. I also have pleasing personality. I just cannot say NO.I have very low self esteem and regarded myself as inferior to others.My father became very weak in his early childhood due to his father.Because my grandfather was very violent & i think he had Borderline personality disorder.I witnessed many occasions when my father was being ridiculed.

I have been a problem of , insomnia, thoughtfullness, always a type of irritation in nature, weightyness in my body. I visited CMC vellore in psychiatry deptt 1 year ago. And am taking Escitalopram(15 mg) and risperidone(1mg). Two months back i visited there for second time and was diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency. Doctor prescribed me methylcobalamine 1000 mcg. I took at first 1 daily for 1 week, then once a week for four weeks, now from next tuesday i will take once a month for six months. But still i m seeing no signs of improvement. Can u tell me that will i see any improvement or not. Regards Chiranjib

My father 78 diagnosed dementia and Parkinson's disease one year ago. Progressive decline in his health despite treatment. Now he fears that he would fall down, so bed ridden. We make him sit to eat food, but lie down immediately. Taking Ropark and revostigmin tablet. Unable to control or recognize defecation and passes urine wherever he is. Unable to communicate. Speaks random sentences. Living in a room with no sunlight. What do you suggest. Please help us to help him.
