Hi doctor This is so horrble moment happened with me it happens once in while i get up suddenly between night and scared screaming like hell and i get goosebumps on my brain and whole body and cry. What is this doctor whats wrong with me last night i gt up scared screaming my mom came to make me calm and i saw her face horrble like ghost thts really scary i feel scared to sleep please help me its happining past 1 n half year it happened 5 6 times i gt up scared.

As I am a director nd forgot the whole schedule we shooted, I didn't even remember a moment of it the work done was a seperate part nd moreover after completing the whole shoot I need to play the whole clip of a scene shot nd this is not normal for me.

Yesterday I suffer from continuous vomiting & dizziness then my right hand & leg stop working normally, I have also consulted with doctor but he isn't sure about actual problem, I have my MRI report which is showing "small focal acute infarct in right side of medulla of brainstem." Please advise me.

Now a days I have lost interest in most of the things. I used to like my work. But now it is just coming and going. I used to love cooking. And now a days I am 99% buying food from outside. Getting lazy mode on. What can be the solution to this???
