I had muscle cramps in both leg and arms three months back. I took medicines for shivering.. my problem is not diagnosed and my hands continues to shiver.. i will always fear that something will happen to me and i am going to die.. i feel really stressed.. sometimes i cannot sleep at night.. please give a solution..

I am a student of Class 8th. Suddenly I have developed great fear from studies. I always find as if I will not be able to study & learn & complete my work. I am very much afraid of my books. Even in class while teacher teaches I feel out of place & get afraid of course. not able to do even written work. I was ok till 10 days back.

I am on medication. Fludac once in morning n sove 10 at night. Mood swings r better. Sleep is better. But tickling n irritation in scalp continues rather increased. Have history of low or normal blood pressure. But slightly on higher side these days. Major concern is continuous irritation in scalp
