I've been having extreme pain in my head since last 3 days....especially left side of my head....the pain is most extreme when i wake up and whwn i lie.....please help

Hi. Am suffering from Multi nodular goitres from past one year. But my thyroid levels were normal. I checked 6 months back. From past 6 months although my periods are regular, bleeding was very less. But my stress levels are extreme. Am continuously crying. Not able to get sleep. Not able to stop my tears. Feeling so tensed. Not able to work.

My brother is suspicious abt food he is eating thinking ee or neighbour r making something in it and cooking by himself and smiling alone looking at mirror or at phone. .taliing out of context realting everything with politics and watching news always

Hi Doctor I am suffering from excessive thinking of my health specially heart and death, I am under anxiety and depression treatment from last 3 years, now I am taking MDD XR 50 in morning and Zolfresh 10 mg in night but again feeling health anxiety a lot, please suggest medicine for this. THANKS

I need to know if I have depression but I don't know if it serious or just me being anti-social. The things that make me think i may have depression is that i cant motivation to do anything anymore. I sometimes can't seem to get out of bed,or leave the house. I can't seem to find the motivation to talk to people and socialize.
