Dear sir I have overthinking problem.My mind is overthinking as negatively about what i have done.My mind is overthinking about small issues.My job is going to be in problem because i have done that work etc...this type of overthinking is coming in my mind...iam going to be lost my job ,my life is not well in future.... etc Please guide me

My mother have too much anger issues. She thinks we are not doing anything for her. For a small issue she make it a very big. Never tries to understand, never listens to us

Iam bharath Kumar iam suffering from chronic anger.Iam irritated easily and often scold others.I turn violent and throw things.even if try to control iam not able to control.my parents are unhappy with this.due to anger my relationships are spoiled.i regret afterwards but no use.plz suggest solution for this.

I been taking psych meds for 80% of my live and last year I was diagnosed with Pancrititis and was told I got it from my meds so my problem in having right now is that in not medicated can't afford my usual meds and not sure if it was a certain medicine that did it but neitherless it makes my daily functioning very hard for me and people around me
