Stress at work and home
I feel a lot of stress about my current life condition at work and home. I have become very scared of taking risk or sticking to my plan/timetable. I feel suffocated and I don't know what to do anymore. How do I handle stress ? Why am I not able to manage it myself.

From what you wrote it appears you stick excessively to rules and regulations and you are scared if you do not get desired result. Stress is nothing but your reaction to circumstances. In similar condition as yours there are people who are relaxed ....but you become stressed. So if you cannot meet deadlines or stick to your time table it's absolutely fine. Make your timetable a bit simple which is achievable. Then slowly step it up. Don't watch TV for one hour before sleep. Don't keep mobile within 2 metres of your bed. Drink a lot of water. Take a walk for 30 min daily. Start reading any story book of your choice.....not any other book but story book. Take up a hobby. Start calling and speak to your old friends. Visit places that you enjoyed as a child. Visit your school and college.
Next Steps
after you do these for a month I will let u know the next steps
