Mental Health

I get headaches every year around this time of the month. After a month or so, these headaches disappear completely. The pain originates from the left side of the head. The pain is a throbbing pain in the head. I did some research online. Could it be cluster headaches?

I am medical student. Recently i cannot attend my classes because of over sleep. I cannot concentrate because i am tired. I have been sleeping too much. 2 months ago my father died which worsened my problem.

Something always run in my mind, i am always hyper active in my thought.... It last from a 3 years

From last few weeks i am experiencing mood swings, increased irritation , getting angry very quickly, depression.

My sister is 20 years old but her mind and her activities are not at all like this aged person should behave. she doesn't remember what is taught to her and very scared about things like walking fast even jumping from bed kind of things. I want to consult with the doctor regarding this.

Mentally preparing.Thoughts are dangerous to my life and other.Which thoughts where it will be done in real so I will afraid more and more.For example Smoke under petrol station even I know wt happen if I do like that but my thoughts are like this.So Iam suffering from 2moths likes this.Iam always thinking like this there any solution for this.

I have been in a relationship for almost 10 yrs and we were planning to get married. But the guy cheated on me with another woman and broke my heart. I am not able to digest this fact that my childhood Frnd and boyfriend since 10 yrs did this to me. It came as a sudden shock for me. I am not able to believe on what happened. Moreover I am not feeling angry towards him. I am still hoping he will realise and come back to me which is wrong for me and I know this. But I can't get out of this feeling. I still love him. I want to get rid of any kind of Feelings towards him. Please help. It hurts a lot. He had promised me 3 months back that we will be getting married soon. And suddenly this came up. M devastated. I am a single child and I don't want to hurt my parents because of what happened to me. Please suggest how to forget him or fade the memories or stop loving him.

I am not sleeping well.... All night laying on bed . Only thought come in mind one by one...and all day my head become heavy

I m not getting proper sleep.i normally dont get it.but sometimes i get it very nicely.like in winter.and whole night I feel restless.

I feel axienty and drepression. I don't feel like talking to ppl at times...
