Hi , I have been having a continuous headache,it is just a small pain but it is continuous and lasts for a day,it's been there for past 3 days

Feeling empty and ignored. Constantly changing moods. Everyday waking up that there's no need to get out of bed. Not talking to anyone. Taking even the littlest thing seriously. Irritated. Suddenly crying. Not getting enough sleep and restless.

M 47 and my PMDD is ruining my life! It's been going on at least a decade but is getting WORSE! I'm averaging 2 weeks of quality life then the PMS starts: severe cramps, severe fatigue that's ruining my job and home life, mood swings, cravings for junk food. I take up to 800mg of ibuprofen for wks. I've seen 2 therapists, 3 OB/Gyns, read several books & every article I can find for help. I'm on Celexa, Wellbutrin, Trazodone, Chasteberry, vitamins, exercise some, try to eat right. I'm desperate.

I have frequent memory loss and sleep disturbances whole night sleeping with full of dreams some idiotic dreams

When I was young I had nightmares vivid nightmares and that was not a big deal because every kid did . But now that I'm only I have very vivid nightmares every single night and Im not sure if this is normal or if I should be concerned.

Sir i am 25 yr old student i foget formulas.concept. than a normal student. So please suggest me some method t improve retention power.

I don't know how I feel about things. I am always confused between things. I can't choose what is right and wrong for me. I am scared of everything in life even taking a step. I m a male 46 yes and on BP medication for last 5 yes I prescribed with Metoprolol 50 mg BD , tab amlodipine 10 mg OD and indapamide 1.5 mg OD. My problem is that when I measure my BP it comes normal around 125/74 etc but when it is taken by doctor or medical staff during medical check it goes upto 170/86 or 90. I use to get severly nervous.
