Can u please suggest me some low dose sleepng pills fr a day or two. Because i hav some important stuff in comming days n i need to get sleep.please help

I have been suffering from vasovagal syncope from years when i end to worrk a lot it hurts me alot. I can able to make sure that it is a syncope not a seizure by its symptoms.Can anyone tell me that how to control this ?

Hai, i have High mood swings. Extreme happiness sometimes extreme sadness sometime without any specific reasons. I dont understand how to handle this. I always have sleep issues suddenly i get angry with some violent thoughts at times. Suicidal thoughts wn im sad. I can't sleep properly am not at peace I have mood swings nd I stared hating who ever tries to talk to me. Once or twice I had sucide thought, sometimes I feel killing the person who is the reason behind this. My childhood was also not good but somehow I came over it but now from childhood what ever happened to till everything is running in my head and I feel restless, my confidence level have come down I don't feel like doing anything full day I spend on my bed just lying down.
