Because of which I feel that no one is satisfied with what I said and people are making fun of me! My mind does not look at anything! I have no problem sleeping too! I do not feel hungry or sleepy! The brain becomes very heavy at night! I am also very scared to talk to anyone what he thinks about me! I feel like all the time as everyone is laughing at me! Please explain the solution to my problem! My life has become hell! My attention has been removed from this world! Every time frustration has surrounded me! I do not understand this thing. If I do any work then my attention goes towards the heart rate, why do they become so fast? Why do I feel nervous? If my attention is removed from the heart rate, then it gets cured. But when my attention goes back to the heart rate then it becomes very fast! Please tell me what is the disease?

Anxiety can occur at any time as sometimes the limbic system (part of the brain) becomes hypersensitive and sends a signal to the adrenal glands which releases adrenaline. This increases the heart rate and causes anxiety. It is irritating but not dangerous. Look up www.anxieties.com and read about panic attacks. You can learn relaxation exercises from a clinical psychologist and if you do not feel better take medication. This can last 6 months to 18 months.
