I am 21 years old have been facing this problem(sleep talking) since a long time now, i swear to God i dnt remember a thing i say it..but my mom and brother keep complaining that i get abusive and strt scolding them in sleep if thy try to wake me up.. And many times i act out my dreams and speak the same out.. I dont know wht to do..my mom is very upset with me on this coz im abusing her bt i really dnt knw i did it..please help

I have a general sad feeling these days. I am constantly experi ncing mood swings and I cry everyday. I have lost my self worth and I am constantly thinking of my shortcomings. I am scared of approaching someone while they talk to someone else and tend to cry when Im alone. Please help

I feel a sleepy the whole day even after having 6-8 hours of proper sleep I dont crash sleep or anything but I still can't focus properly, My eyes feel sleepy all the time, I should point out that my fitness tracker says that my deep sleep time is not more than 30-45 minutes. I am getting worried sir, I sleep around 8 and I wake up around 4 am. After that I take my pre workout it has about 180-200mg caffeine Is it bad ? I mean its still under the daily caffeine intake bracket right? Is that hurting my sleep? I study 4am-8am in the morning and I need to be on full alert at that time, what do you advise sir? Should I should taking the preworkout? If yes then how can I be alert the whole day ? Also, how can I improve my sleep ? Please tell me what kind of doctor I should talk to for this ?

Dr. My son has syzophrenia taking 800 mg joykem .Dr. added olimelt 5mg. Will it do good. Not ready to take med.not improving.lying in son.hyper.what to do

I m in a pickle. I m unable to bare the blame by my husband on me and my family. I m fed up with his behaviour and dismotivated to breakeup the relation as my baby is just 21 months old. I have many issues like dishonest, unreliability and i m unable to accept any of his family members. I married to a person on my own wish beyond the cultural and language difference. I feel guilty and his behaviour provocates it more. What should i do now? I have none to speak about this problem.

My son is 7 yrs old a slow learner and had delay speech problem but now can speak but not very clear hv very less concentration. But in his intresting things can concentrate. Can't do his class work without guidance and can't copy work from blackboard at school. What's the problem with him

If i find any thing bad i feel pain in brain. Even small problem in life bring that feeling. At that moment i feel that i will loose self awareness. I feel pressure in head and i feel like to vomit
