Too much worry
I worry too much. I work for whole day at office and also at home before and after that ni get too tired. I have also recently raised my BP a bit. Help

See a doctor for your bp problem. Find ways to do things that relax you at least 2 or 3 times a week. Speak to a counsellor for emotional support
