How can i stop worrying
I have a fear of judgment I hate this I expect so much from my results from my performance but when that doesn't goes how I want them to be I start hating myself I start judging my self I become anxious about myself I start thinking what others will think about me when any teacher say something bad about me i feel bad and doesn't attend school for days and then again my teacher say something bad ( how she is she never attend school such a bad girl ) then everyone starts ignoring me that makes me more down I start having anxiety these things have ruined my life my everything when I try to pull my self but again some bad thing happen which make me down now I am at that stage where I just what to hang and die I mean I feel like how peaceful it will be after hang myself no more worries no more education pressure no more excuses just image thatt huhhhh so I just want to know how can I stop worrying so much how can I become fearless how can I become that I don't care about what they think
