Over the last week I have had brief episodes that include dizziness and fitness. I am getting anxiety over it because I don't know what is wrong with me. With these symptoms i am feeling a shortness of breadth and having scary thoughts. I don't know what to do.

I am 27 years old female. I have this problem from last 15 years. Whenever I saw any tv serial I connect myself with its character and start thinking about it just like helping the character by becoming one of the character in it. I can't able to study and thinks about it for hours. I know it was wrong but I can't cope with it.please give some suggestion.

I have been suffering from depression due to my OCD thoughts from last 18 years. Took serta 100 mg for three years after that OCD depression again start. Took paxidep 37.5 mg, lamitor 200 mg nexito 20 mg,zapiz .05 mg for five years after that again same problem start.currently taking prodep 80, lamitor 100,clonil 75 mg and sizodon 1 mg from last two months but no relief.Treatment not working from last one year. I have upset mood and no interest in any activity, excessive guilt feelings. P

Can I go back on trazadone after been off them for a year I also suffer from sleep apoa

I was suffering from dippression from 2014 And going under treatment in Vadodara but can't find mental peace and doctor also tell that I have to take medicine lifetime could suggest better psychiatrist and psychologist in any place

Recently quit my job from KSA. I have only one plan ahead studies to NZ and work and live there. If this doesn't work I'm contemplating suicide. I cant cope with the stress with the general going about things. Do i need help from a psychiatrist?
