My sister she is suffering from hysteria for past 17 years and at present she is making continuous attempt to commit suicide and having only this thing in mind that she wants to die and she is not ready to look at us. Please help me out

Hello I feel like dreaming sometimes while driving or while talking with friends and it feels like I am in some different world. This problem was very small before but these days it's a little high and it does not occur every time but sometimes in a day everyday. If people are talking to me I just act like I am listening to them but actually I think that all those conversations are just fake and think that I am dreaming. Can you suggest any remedy to this please? Thanks.

I have diagnosed with cluster C personality disorder by AIIMS Delhi. I'm under treatment with psychiatrist. I'm not sure about psychologist and how it works. Do I need to visit psychologist for counseling sessions?

I used to take Paxidep CR 37.5 mg tab for my panic and anxiety disorder for around 6 yrs and weighed 84 kg. Doctor changed the medicine to D-Veniz 50, which I took for about 7 to 8 months. During this period I lost weight from 84 kg to 74 kg. Yes during this 7/8 months I was on dieting for onset of diabates. In my last sugar test, just one week ago it shows I have no diabates now. My question is - could medicine change be the reason of my weight loss from 84 to 74 kg in 8 months time?

I hav problem in sleeping whenever I sleep my brain starts creating thoughts also I get awake in slight sound. So I started using alprazolam. But later I found it as very adictive and difficult withdrawal as my handshake and memory loss...please suggest some remedy as I seen there are other classes in opiates which are safe then alprazolam. Ex restyl, restoril.

I'm very confident i need medication to treat my depression and anxiety, but how can i do this without my parents knowing? can i consult a doctor and will it be private between us if i talk about my situation? or are they required to tell my parents/guardians?
