Sir/ madam.. i am tierd without sleep in night.. any solution their for sleep better in night .. any sleeping tablets or anything is their

Suffering from thyroid. Insomia always worry over littlr things. Remember some incident of past and keep worrying.

I've my mom and she has mental health issue as keep thinking all the time and assume things herself. E.g she thinks that people talk negative about her and she start yelling by using their name. We try hard so that she will overcome from bit all in vain . We tell her to watch TV but she get diverted soon and again start thinking. She think that people talk negative about her and she don't sometimes trust on us (Son's) Please suggest

It's been more than 2 years that I cannot sleep .. mostly at night but also during the day time I'm tired but I can't sleep. And you when I do fall asleep I wake up feeling like I've been running. And since last 6-7 months I've started forgetting things, simple things like names.. or If I'm doing something.. in the middle of doing the task I forget what I was doing. I don't know what kind OF eplipsy I'm suffering but I clonsulted to doctor back in 2014 my problem is that I can walk on hights and my brain is very sensitive with sudden sounds and actions and I'm not having seizures for now and I was not having it since i was 3 years old Those seizures finished and never happened again what should I do ?
