Mentally unstable coz of some personal issues due to which unable to sleep whole night. Millions of thoughts runs in my mind. Have not slept properly since 3 nights.

Need to sleep as its getting very complicated for me to handle these millions of thoughts coming in my mind while i am awake. can u plz help me online.?

I am suffering from prolonged feeling of under confidence and demotivation. No desire to talk with family members and friends. Not able to focus on studies also.

My wife is having a problem of sudden and violent outburst for minor faults of me and my daughter. she is ferry negative and depressive in nature. the depression is most prominent during morning hrs. she doesn't get enough sleep as well and keeps worrying off all un-eventualities.

Hi, everything started 3 years ago. In 2013 sep i have started hearing voices that some people saying bad thing about me ( kind i am a psycho) after that i got depressed soon. Social anxiety, over thinking, crying, not talking to anyone. So i went to a doctor and she prescribed me amisulpride tablet 200mg. After that that was deducted to 100mg and 50mg. I continued taking that tablet from 2013. But still the aymptoms coming back when i am not taking the drug. So i went to a psychologist. And he said there is no need for that tablet anymore. Symptoms coming back becouse i got adicted to the drug. So i started doing CBT every two week from Kerala. Its been 2 months. Hence i cant go back to kerala every two week i am looking to shift my treatment to bangalore. If anyone can help me out for this please let me know. I am looking for a solution urgently. Thanks in advance.

I am depressed since a long time. I am always sad. I feel like crying. I dont like my job. I am not left with any friends in my life. I feel so lonely. I have been suffering from chronic urticaria since 2.5 years and have been taking one fourth of ceterizine tablet daily. 6 months back, i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have been taking thyroxine since then. I dont want to rely on medicines any more. I feel like dying.

On antidepressants for none or ten years. Now suddenly come off it. To depressed about life to even visit a doc. Losing jobs. Single parent fighting for custody. Physically and mentally harassed by husband. And a WHOLE lot more.

After a heated argument , I was trembling and fighting tears. N I suddenly felt very weak and slept off immediately even though I woke up few hours before. Is there something to do with my blood pressure.

I have been suffering from gas and acidity for a long time..but past few days i am feeling very week.i do all house hold work..but when it comes to talking or playing with my baby i feel extremely tired i feel breathless and uneasy .i feel if i continue to talk i will die my pulse rate also increases .so i have to keep quiet at that time. I have done my ECG my 2D eco test and even CBC all r normal. doctor prescribed some medicines for stomach but my tiredness is still there..why is dis hapening
