Recently quit my job from KSA. I have only one plan ahead studies to NZ and work and live there. If this doesn't work I'm contemplating suicide. I cant cope with the stress with the general going about things. Do i need help from a psychiatrist?

Hi I am 35 male from Kalwa, I have been suffering from dizziness, weakness in the body and balance disoreders.I have consulted to neurologist and brain MRI is clear and he has put me on anti depressants. The medication has jeopardised my quality life and I am frustrated with my daily life. I am not sure where to go home to consult as blood reports are also clear. However I am having this chronic fatigue dizziness and weakness in my body please suggest me a solution
